Purchase Ledger

· Input of supplier invoices and receipts.

· Reconciliation of accounts to supplier statements.

· Production of reports as required.

Sales Ledger

· Post sales invoices to ledger.

· Raise sales invoices if required.

· Post receipts from customers to ledgers.

· Provide credit control list for debt collection.

· Provide other customer reports as required.

Bank

· Post payments made to suppliers.

· Post all payments made by BACS or cheque.

· Posting of all payments and receipts.

· Reconciliation of bank statements.

· Posting and reconciliation of credit cards.
